Quality Assurance Services

Facilitating surveys for departments to gather insights on needs, trends, and other requirements
Analyzing data and producing comprehensive reports
Facilitating the development and review of academic programs
Promoting effective quality assurance mechanisms across academic functions
Reviewing existing procedures and processes to improve academic and administrative outcomes
Identifying risks at corporate, academic, and administrative levels and advising management on mitigation strategies
Other related quality assurance and support activities

Our Commitment

We are committed to encouraging, supporting and strengthening a culture of quality through continuous learning and improvement across our academic, administrative, support service and ancillary services provided to all our stakeholders. Examples of this commitment and dedication to consistent improvement includes the online unit evaluations by our students and staff of academic units taught each semester as well as the yearly evaluations by our staff and students of the administrative, support service and ancillary services provided to all our stakeholders. The insights derived from the data collated are then reported to individual academic staff, Head Of Departments and Deans, as well as administrative, support service and ancillary staff Line Managers to identify their areas of strength to continue to work on strengthening and their areas for improvement to address with suggested recommendations. Improvement implementation plans are then further developed to address these areas for improvement and are further factored into each tier of the institution’s operational plans.
