Faculty of Business and Informatics
The Diploma in Human Resource Management (DHRM) is a Level 5 PNGNQF qualification designed to provide foundational and practical skills in managing people and workplace systems. Delivered over two years on a part-time basis with 120 credit points, the program equips students with core competencies in human resource practices such as recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and organizational administration. The program prepares graduates for entry-level HR roles and further studies in human resource management and related business fields.
Entry Requirements
- grade 12 Certificate with C or better grades in the core subjects, or,
- a certificate of matriculation to tertiary studies from a DHERST-registered institution and,
- at least 3 years of relevant industry experience or sme engagement (optional).
